JANICE MERENDINO
Janice earned her BS in Art Education and BFA in Ceramics from Moore College of Art and Design in 1974. She was a founding member of the Clay Studio in 1974 and taught there as a ceramics instructor until 1984. She has taught ceramics in the Arts Division at Rosemont College since 1980 and presently teaches graduate-level art courses there as well. Since 1980, she has exhibited her paintings on paper and ceramic work in group and solo shows, including a one-woman exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. Janice is also the creator of The Branch Out Project that conducts visual literacy and problem solving worshops for major corporations, government agencies and numerous community and non-profit groups. Janice has been with West Park Cultural Center for four years.
