On June 15, 2010 the Philadelphia Cultural Fund announced their Youths Arts Enrichment grants at a press conference in the Mayor's Reception Room.  These grants represented a new initiative of the Cultural Fund and out of 82 applicant organizations 9 received grant awards.  We were excited that West Park Cultural Center received a $31,450 grant to support our new program initiative, Arts for Literacy.
