West Park Cultural and Opportunity Center is dedicated to providing arts and community support programs.  Since 2001 we have offered a wide range of programs and events including a Jazz series, annual Arts and Crafts Festival, summer programs for children (Camp GInkgo and Ginkgo Academy), afterschool classes such as dance, ceramics, threatre technology, film, and fiber arts.  Our community support programs began in 2002 with our GED classes and tutoring for adults and grew to include computer training and job readiness.
